You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LIJIALONG and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms of Service.
Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Jinan, Shandong Province, China.

Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
